Abstract
Friends of the Earth (FOE), a national environmental organization based in San Francisco, opened a Colorado office in Denver in 1975 to focus on oil shale development issues. This collection contains three separate fonds from the organization: the papers of Kevin L. Markey in the Denver, Colorado office; the papers of David C. Masselli from the Washington D.C. office, and the papers of the Colorado West office in Grand Junction.
