Abstract

The Western Colorado Congress, formerly called the Western Slope Public Interest Congress, is an organization of western Colorado environmental groups created to provide a voice for western Colorado interests and to conteract Club 20, which promotes business and economic development in the 20 counties on Colorado's western slope. The collection contains two tapes of a meeting held in Montrose, Colorado, on May 31, 1980, and some promotional material. Uprocessed.
