Abstract
A civil engineer, Charles Sievers (1880-1965) had extensive experience with railroad and irrigation projects, among them the Rio Grande Dam above Creede, the Moffat Tunnel, and many others. During the 1930s, he was a supervisor for the Federal Emergency Relief Administration and the Public Works Administration. The collection contains construction contracts, evaluation circulars and reports, employee time records, equipment registers and other material from Sievers' projects.
