Biographical Note
Elizabeth V. Fehrer, Ph.D., 90, of Haverford, PA., sister of Catherine Fehrer of Lyme, died Sunday at the Quadrangle Medical Center in Haverford. She was born in Germany, the daughter of the late Oscar and Mabel Vanderbilt Fehrer. She was Assistant Professor of Education and Psychology from 1935-1936. She then went on to be an instructor in psychology from 1938-1939. From 1948 to 1975, she was professor of psychology at Brooklyn College in New York. After retiring in 1975, she represented the International Office of the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom at the United Nations.
