Abstract

Melvin C. Goss (1870-1957) was an attorney in Boulder from around 1907 until his death. Frank A. Kemp (1891-1971) of Boulder was his partner during in the late 1910s. Kemp joined the Great Western Sugar Co. and scaled its executive ranks, serving for a lengthy period (1939-1966) as its president.
