The Richard Miller Collection contains the papers of Richard Miller, who graduated from the US Navy Japanese Language School, which was located at the University of Colorado in Boulder from 1942-1946. The collection contains materials related to his WWII service.

The Moss Family Collection contains papers of the family of Richard Moss, who graduated from the US Navy Japanese Language School, which was located at the University of Colorado in Boulder from 1942-1946. Michael Moss, Richard Moss’s brother, was a US Army Japanese Language Officer. The collection contains materials related to his family’s time in Japan and his WWII service.

The Richard S. White Collection contains papers of Richard S. White, who graduated from the US Navy Japanese/Oriental Language School, which was located at the University of Colorado in Boulder from 1942-1946. The collection contains materials related to his WWII and Occupation service.

Roady Kenehan (1862–1927) began as a horseshoer on Wazee Street in Denver, Colo. He was elected State Auditor from 1908 through 1910, State Treasurer from 1910 to 1912, and from 1912 to 1914 was again State Auditor. He was very involved in state funding issues during the coal strikes and Ludlow Massacre in 1914. Collection contains scrapbooks of newspaper clippings concerning Kenehan’s political career and the Ludlow Massacre in addition to government publications.

Robert Carl Hanson was a sociology professor at the University of Colorado at Boulder for 29 years. This collection contains the papers of Dr. Hanson that reflect research and study in sociology. Enclosed within these papers are data collected for research, tapes, examination guidelines, letters of recommendation, books, manuscripts, reports, magazines, course notes, projects, bibliographies, proposals articles, and reviews.

Robert W. Christy (1922) graduated in 1944 from the U. S. Navy Japanese/Oriental Language School at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He served as an interpreter in Yokosuka, Japan from August 1945 to June 1946. After his service in WWII Christy became a Professor of Physics at Dartmouth College. His papers include his correspondence, as well as military orders, certificates, and photographs.

Images consist of landscapes, mountaineering excursions, and pictures of children. Areas identified are in France, Colorado, and Wyoming. One black and white photograph of a man (presumably Robert Collier Jr.). Original index pages, by subject matter, and negative housing cover included. Index gives a range of dates from 1914 to 1924, with 1919 being the predominant date.

The Robert F Durden Collection consists of a memoir and news clippings while attending the US Navy Japanese/Oriental Language School in Boulder, Colorado.

The Robert Godfrey collection contains papers, correspondence, films, drafts, course materials, publications and photographs on mountaineering, environmentalism and local political issues. Over his career, 1968 to 1988, Godfrey was a staff member of the Outward Bound Mountain School in Colorado, an adjunct professor at the University of Colorado and a documentary filmmaker.
