Roady Kenehan (1862–1927) began as a horseshoer on Wazee Street in Denver, Colo. He was elected State Auditor from 1908 through 1910, State Treasurer from 1910 to 1912, and from 1912 to 1914 was again State Auditor. He was very involved in state funding issues during the coal strikes and Ludlow Massacre in 1914. Collection contains scrapbooks of newspaper clippings concerning Kenehan’s political career and the Ludlow Massacre in addition to government publications.
